Studio (4.1.0)

  • Northbound Datapoints: Users can now select and filter Northbound data fields per application, allowing for customized data processing and transformation suitable for cloud applications.

  • Revamped Nomenclatures: Updated terminology across the platform enhances clarity and facilitates intuitive navigation, making the user experience more straightforward.

  • Quick Start Guide: An updated Quick Start Guide is available, providing users with streamlined instructions for setting up and utilizing the platform’s features.

  • Billing Controls: Access to the billing section is restricted to users with Administrator roles. New functionalities have been added for setting a primary payment method and verifying VAT numbers with greater ease.

  • User Accounts Expansion: The process for invited users to create new accounts has been improved, including enhanced inline messaging within the Account Configuration Wizard for a seamless setup experience.

Application Connectors

  • MQTT (2.0.2): Now featuring certificate-based authentication for secure data transfer. Certificates and private keys can be directly loaded in the configuration form.

Asset Drivers

  • KNXnet/IP Client (4.1.8): Support has been added for ETS files version 6.1 and 6.2, expanding compatibility with KNXnet/IP systems.

  • OPC-UA Client (4.0.18): Now featuring security policies with certificate-based authentication for secure data transfer. Certificates and private keys can be directly loaded in the configuration form.

  • PROFINET IO (4.0.0): The EdgeNode now operates as an IO Controller, enhancing connectivity and data collection capabilities.

Asset Profiles

  • Modbus RTU/TCP Client Asset Profiles: Introduction of Carlo Gavazzi EM500 (1.0.0) to our list of supported asset profiles, broadening the scope for data management and analysis.
